Consent was granted for Site amalgamation, creation of two lots and construction of a two storey seniors housing development on each lot comprising a total of twenty-two dwellings, with associated parking, earthworks and landscape works, pursuant to State Environmental Planning Policy (Housing for Seniors or People with a Disability) 2004.
