At CPS we have a large and diverse client base made up of both public and private sector clients. As such, any prospective planner can expect immediate exposure to a wide variety of town planning jobs covering review, coordination, preparation, assessment, and management of development applications, development feasibility assessments, as well as preparing environmental impact statements and review of environmental factors for various infrastructure projects.

Opportunities for other town planning work such as social impact assessments, assistance on NSW Land and Environment Court matters, property portfolio reviews, and strategic planning projects is also available.

A proven ability to achieve quality outcomes, adhere to deadlines, and possess sound communication, writing, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills will be highly regarded. Your proven work experience with local and NSW government planning legislation is desirable.
