BaptistCare’s Kitty Doyle Apartments are located in the heart of Five Dock, in Sydney’s Inner West. The development spans two buildings, containing 79 one and two-bedroom seniors living apartments. Views of the city, Canada Bay and across the inner west can be enjoyed from some apartment balconies located on floors one, two and three, while the ground floor apartments include tranquil garden outlooks. The site features beautifully landscaped gardens, a BBQ area, a community centre, and veggie garden.

CPS worked closely with Lendlease, Jackson Teece Architects, and BaptistCare to deliver a high-quality development that is home to a thriving community of seniors.
