A Residential Flat Building containing 96 apartments. Designed by Tony Owen Partners and approved by NSW Land and Environment Court in Ghamraoui v Tweed Shire Council [2022] NSWLEC 1612. The development site includes a rarely obtained Development Approval from the Tweed Shire Council for a 12-storey residential building. CPS had involvement across all three of our disciplines as our team of Planners, Landscape Architects and Arborists worked collaboratively together.
