Grifter Brewing Co
Grifter Brewing Co’s brewery and bar is located in the heart of Marrickville, opposite Enmore Park. CPS have worked closely with Grifter’s founders over the years to provide planning advice and advise on development decisions.
CPS have prepared, lodged, and managed development applications for both the brewery and bar, including the preparation of key documentation including architectural plans, statement of environmental effects, and a comprehensive plan of mangement.
CPS also managed Grifter’s liquor licencing including a producer wholesaler licence and on premises authorisation. More recently, CPS have prepared section 4.55 applications to modify aspects of the development consent to allow for increased opening hours and patron numbers.
