Mountain Culture Beer Co.
The Mountain Culture Beer Co craft brewery and brewpub, located in a restored heritage-listed building in Katoomba, has been voted Australia's best brewpub on the global beer app Untappd. Built in 1912, the building housed Katoomba’s local newspaper, 'The Echo', later a dancing saloon, and prior to Mountain Culture’s tenure, a Civic Video store.
CPS has worked closely with the team at Mountain Culture and Blue Mountains Council to navigate heritage and bushfire constraints and successfully obtain both development consent and liquor licencing for the venue.
