594 – 600 Princess Highway, Rockdale - New Residential Flat Building

CPS is pleased to announce the recent approval by the Sydney Eastern City Planning Panel for the Integrated Development Application at 594 – 600 Princess Highway, Rockdale, for lot amalgamation, demolition of existing structures, and construction of a ten (10) storey mixed-use building containing a ground floor childcare centre with capacity for 96 children and ninety one (91) residential apartments, private roof top terraces and basement parking.  

CPS was brought onto the DA as town planning consultants to assist the Applicant and coordinate with Council and the Planning Panel on several planning issues that had arisen during Council’s assessment of the DA. This included attendance at meetings with Council and Planning Panel to address the planning issues, along with preparing a clause 4.6 written request to justify the 20% variation to the building height development standard.
