A nine-story Residential Flat Building containing 53 apartments. Designed by Tony Owen Partners and approved by NSW Land and Environment Court in Harry Ghamraoui v Tweed Shire Council [2023] NSW LEC 39579. CPS was involved across all three of our disciplines as our team of Planners, DA Managers, Landscape Architects and Arborists worked collaboratively together.
