Seton Villa, a disability housing organisation driven to empower lives and connect people. Seton Villa operates a number of specialist disability homes with properties in Marsfield, Eastwood, and North Ryde. All Seton Villa homes are designed in accordance with the standards for disability housing set by the NSW Government and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

CPS worked closely with Seton Villa, Kennedy Associates Architects, and Avenue Property to deliver supportive housing model that provides people with the support they need to increase their independence, achieve personal goals and live full and productive lives.
